Favorite thing about CX roles?

A thing that I really like about CX roles, specially customer support is that I get to know a lot of different people from across many countries. Not only our team is based in many different places, but the people we engage professionally all have different specialties and backgrounds, and you get to engage with them and help them in any way we can. In exchange, we acquire knowledge and that is a very big motivation.

Biggest learning in my career.

One of my biggest learning in my career here in Sunlight is the ability to work in many different topics for our customers. We get to know how to help them and how to improve ourselves in the process.

Proudest moment of my career.

The proudest moment in my career would have to be getting the skill necessary to take flight (see the joke there?) on my own in projects presented to me by the platform such as learning the way to work in Sunlight and feeling comfortable and skilled enough to do it on my own, but most importantly, knowing that I have a trusted team to help me whenever I feel lost.

Ambitions for the future.

My ambitions for the future go from personal, such as being able to pay for my education with the opportunity that flight has given me, to professional such as gaining experience in Customer Experience and being able to implement that skill into other projects as well.
