Favorite thing about CX roles?

Getting to work directly with customers/clients. I love putting on the detective hat and solving problems or even mapping out visions for their success. It's a tangible feeling of achievement that I really don't think other areas of a business feel as dramatically

Biggest learning in my career.

Be empathetic in everything you do. Try to understand where someone might be coming from and always be curious towards something you don't understand, never judgemental

Going from CSM #1 at my old company to eventually building out a full team

Ambitions for the future.

World domination. Just kidding (maybe...). Be a part of a company who's values and mission are something that I also stand for and believe in. Helping to make that company a true industry changer
