To be able to work with an international team, to know new ways of working, to be able to explore other professional fields, to explore new communication tools for remote teams, to be able to be in constant practice of a second language.

That all well-done work is done through stages, and that it is important to analyze each execution one makes to find points of reinforcement and improvement.

Proudest moment of my career.

That I was able to turn a creative idea into an extensive work with academic recognition.

Ambitions for the future.

Continue to develop the ability to detect points where I can make an improvement. To polish communication processes in customer service. Conduct and improve CX processes on technology platforms and use the information to improve the customer and team experience.
