Favorite thing about CX roles?

I’ve worked in CX roles, from frontline support to senior level management, for over a decade and recently pivoted into People Operations. Whether it’s helping an individual use a company’s product, building a global team to support customers at scale, or developing processes and programs to help engage and develop teams, at the center of it all are…people. I’m highly collaborative, love cultivating relationships, and helping people leverage their existing talents so they can do their best work.
