Favorite thing about CX roles?

I like the communicative aspect of customer experience; to create a lasting relationship with customers through better understanding of our mutual roles and expectations.

Biggest learning in my career.

Even though it is not specifically related to my field, I think self management skills are, without a doubt, some of the best practices one can learn.

Proudest moment of my career.

When I was assigned to work together with Radius Group in the development of the Winternship Program for the MYEP in the city of Charlotte.

Ambitions for the future.

To help create exceptional CX programs and manage projects for companies I find valuable, hopefully combining my ethical points of view with a product that is beneficial for society.
