Favorite thing about CX roles?

Helping our clients and making them happy.

Biggest learning in my career.

Throughout my career, I was always learning and bettering myself as a person. Just because I’ve succeeded doesn’t mean I should stop trying to improve both as a person and an employee. Each misstep should be viewed as a learning opportunity.

Proudest moment of my career.

Being able to take on a mini project manager role to assist with thousands of Jamaicans on a summer internship program. It was a HUGE responsibility (and very stressful I should say) but that was one of the best learning experiences I have ever had and I've learnt so much!

Ambitions for the future.

Continue to learn more about the customer support industry, the ins and outs and using the information that I have gained to also help others that are coming into the industry as well.
