Favorite thing about CX roles?

Getting to know all types of people from different cultures and with personalities, and being able to contribute one way or another to help them have a great experience or solve an issue.

Biggest learning in my career.

That in life there is not only black and white, in between we can find the variety of grayscale, and there we could find a solution, answer, the best procedure to accomplish something or simply coexist. And also the best way to live is by “Hakuna Matata”.

Proudest moment of my career.

To be able to travel and start a life in another country. And even without my family or close friends I managed to accomplish my independence, new goals and begin a new stage of my history.

Ambitions for the future.

As a CXR, continue to pursue excellence and the best relationship with clients. And on a personal level continue growing personally and professionally, achieve at least 99% of my goals and travel to different countries around the world.
