My Favorite thing about CX roles is getting to work with people from different backgrounds, I love the diversity of personalities

I would say the biggest learning point in my career was communicating technical information to a non-technical audience

Proudest moment of my career.

I can't say I have a proud moment in my career yet, however, I am proud of how far I've grown in my soft skills, especially in written communication

Ambitions for the future.

One of my ambitions for the future is to pursue music. Another ambition I have is start a Cyber Security company like Flight CX, and provide Security reports for companies around the world
