Favorite thing about CX roles?

At Flight I enjoy solving different problems using analytical thinking. I also enjoy assignments around writing guides for our teammates and support articles to help our users. Lastly, hearing feedback about how to improve our product and service is enlightening.

Biggest learning in my career.

Understanding how to receive feedback and using it to improve rather than to feel upset or disappointed. Our team always makes sure that we have an opportunity to recognize our mistakes and reflect on them to improve in our jobs and lives

Proudest moment of my career.

The creation of Sunlight's first customer support guide which led to the most up to date version of our help center and organized support articles.

Ambitions for the future.

Being in charge of a team and working as a manager in larger projects.
