Favorite thing about CX roles?

My favorite thing about CX is the constant opportunities to learn. Working on CX gives the opportunity to face different issues all the time. I believe every problem teaches a valuable lesson.

Biggest learning in my career.

Realizing which path I wanted to follow. I tried developing my career on different areas but even though I had good jobs I was not completely happy. My biggest learning was discovering the area that made me happy and helped me grow professionally and personally.

Proudest moment of my career.

The proudest moment was when I was selected out of 22 people from my department to take a customer experience course.

Ambitions for the future.

I would like to acquire more responsibilities and make helpful contributions to the company.
