Favorite thing about CX roles?

I really enjoy feeling helpful to others, so this is a big part of my day-to-day role. I like answering questions and listening to different opinions on how we can improve what we do :)

Biggest learning in my career.

You can never stop learning. There's always something new to discover and to apply to whatever it is that you are doing

Proudest moment of my career.

I've been working while studying for the past couple of months. It's been a LONG time since I've done this, but I am really proud of being able to handle both things with the same amount of love and enthusiasm

Ambitions for the future.

I would really like to move forward with both my CX role and my QA studies, hopefully someday those two can be combined!
