Favorite thing about CX roles?

I love how Flight has created a company culture where everyone is constantly learning new things that usually are outside of their field of study.

Biggest learning in my career.

Don't be afraid to take risks. It's better to regret something you did instead of regretting not doing something about it.

Proudest moment of my career.

Being able to teach small kids about programming and see their smiling faces when they realize they just created a small version of Flappy Bird.

Ambitions for the future.

I hope to build a strong set of skills in the CX area, so I can complement it with my design and development skills. As a result, I want to become able to work on new and exciting projects in this industry.
