Biggest learning in my career.

Through working in Customer Experience roles I’ve learned a lot about how to communicate at different levels of understanding which allows me to effectively engage with customers from all backgrounds and ensure their needs are met

Proudest moment of my career.

The proudest moment of my career was when I spent nearly three hours on the phone with an elderly customer who was struggling to set up our product. Although it was challenging, I felt a tremendous sense of accomplishment when he was finally able to learn how to use the product, and he expressed his gratitude for my assistance. Being able to provide personalized support and help a customer overcome a difficult challenge is one of the most rewarding aspects of working in customer service, and this experience has strengthened my passion for helping people and solving problems

Ambitions for the future.

My goal for the future is to leverage the customer experience skills I have developed and the skills I will acquire while working at Flight to establish and sustain a thriving online business
