The biggest learning I’ve had in my career is the fact that no matter how much technology evolves or how this affects our day-to-day life, there will always be a need for human interaction when it comes to customer service, among other things. This makes me really happy!

The proudest moment of my career has been scoring this wonderful role at Flight, no joke. I love the company culture, the investment the company makes in my career growth, and the fact that everyone makes me feel like part of a big family!
Ambitions for the future.
My ambitions for the short term future are completing a few certification courses on Leadership and Project Development in order to further develop my skills and career
