Favorite thing about CX roles?

I enjoy co-creating new experiences with customers and working along an international talented team, thanks to their different experiences, they all have completely different mindsets, which allows for some incredibly interesting ideas.

Biggest learning in my career.

To have courage when facing difficult decisions, challenges come in all shapes and sizes, the important thing is to take heart and keep climbing above obstacles.

Proudest moment of my career.

When I had to work hard in my internship at SENIAT providing technical support to IT related activities, while developing my thesis to resolve correspondence failures in the Operations Department. Also, when I had to learn about new technologies while implementing them in more than one project at a time.

Ambitions for the future.

To grow with the Flight community where I can continue to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute as much value as possible to the team.
