Favorite thing about CX roles?

Helping our customers and feel like I make a difference when someone says that our attention is a lot better than what they are used to receiving. I guess I would say my favorite part is to feel like I'm on one of the best teams doing CX

Biggest learning in my career.

All of the communication skills and habits that I was taught at our Flight School have really made a difference in how I approach my job, and I think I am a lot more productive both in my personal and working life because of it

Proudest moment of my career.

I am very proud to say that I have a good relationship with all of the people I've met when working in different places

Ambitions for the future.

In the short term, I want to learn as much as possible and start my savings account. In the long term I want to travel to a couple of places and, after that, start studying law
